Overnight Blueberry French Toast – Dairy Free
loaf French bread
tsp. of cinnamon
cream cheese softened
Slice the bread into 1-2 inch cubes.
In a large bowl mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon. Once mixed well and in blueberries and bread and gently mix.
Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning pull out of refrigerator and let it sit out while oven is pre-heating to 375°.
Bake for 40 minutes.
While French toast is baking, in a mixer cream the softened cream cheese.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy. Drizzle over French toast bake and enjoy!
