Overnight Blueberry French Toast – Dairy Free
  1. Slice the bread into 1-2 inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon. Once mixed well and in blueberries and bread and gently mix.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning pull out of refrigerator and let it sit out while oven is pre-heating to 375°.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. While French toast is baking, in a mixer cream the softened cream cheese.
  8. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy. Drizzle over French toast bake and enjoy!
